RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing of accounting transactions in accordance with process documentation Matching of PO invoices and coding of non-PO invoices Responding to queries from internal and external customer (received via e-mail and/or telephone) in an effective and efficient manner Participation in month-end closing for AP Processing of Travel & Expense transactions Maintaining vendor master and approvers database. Taking part in knowledge acquisition process within Accounts Payable Preparing process reports Taking part in implementation of process improvement initiatives Creating and maintaining process documentation. Training less-experienced/ knowledgeable coworkers.
